Purchasing Agent (m/f/d)

Purchasing - Full-time - Munich

Your responsibilities

In your function in purchasing (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the current demand and stock according to technical and commercial parameters and support sales globally in the procurement of electronic components.

You are in regular contact with sales management and product managers.

 

Their varied job profile is as follows:

Maintenance of the project database in close coordination with sales and management

Coordination of supplier selection with the management

Processing and implementation of purchase requisitions, invoice verification taking into account the ability to deliver

Coordination of the logistical requirements with the logistics and project management for the responsible projects

Maintenance of master data in the specified tools and systems (SAP)

Invoice processing and approval

Monitoring of suppliers with regard to deadlines, delivery reliability and delivery quality

Execution of inquiries and the negotiation of offers in close coordination with the management

Support in the processing of complaints

 

Your profile

Successfully completed training or studies with a commercial and/or technical background

At least 2 years of professional experience in the purchase of electronic components

Very good knowledge of German and English

Experienced handling of applications such as SAP, MS Office

Strong hands-on mentality and ability to work in a team
