You place an order for a total quantity at an agreed price. You call off the goods on one or more predefined dates. The term should be a maximum of 1 year.

We cannot rule out price adjustments due to currency fluctuations and allocations.

We send invoices by e-mail in an environmentally friendly and efficient manner. Shipments to non-EU countries are also included with invoices due to customs regulations.

Our minimum order value is EUR 50.00.

We deliver on account, even for first orders. We currently do not offer online payments. Check and credit card payments are currently not accepted.

All prices are net ex works plus postage and VAT (delivery in Germany).

We do not supply private end users.

Our inventory is driven by customer demand and market forces. EXC acquires and stocks inventory required by our customer. Our goal is not to keep an extensive inventory, listed products have been dealt with by EXC and are highly likely to be back in stock or available in our franchise distributor network.

We ship within Germany and the EU via DPD Classic. Express delivery is possible on special request. For shipments out of the EU, we only ship to the customer's account number. This is currently possible with DHL, FedEx, TNT and UPS.
